In June we wrote about 'Responsive Web Design'. The newly relaunched Boston Globe website is a stunning example of responsive design.
Why do we like this link?
#1. Easily adaptable to all media formats.
#2. Focus on the content, not the design. (Many have complained about the lack of design, but, are you there to read articles or look at pretty designs?)
#3. Intuitive to the user's needs.
#4. Keeps it's design integrity no matter what format it is viewed in.
Log onto www.bostonglobe.com and pull the corner of your browser into different positions to view how the site looks in all different size formats. The fact that no matter what size you make your browser the content is clearly and cleanly viewed is a great example of 'responsive design'. We love it!
